Your heart,
finally understood.

A personal companion for people living with ectopic beats, cardiac anxiety, and heart rhythm abnormalities.

What Rhythm helps with

Stop guessing.
Start understanding.

Find your triggers

Log episodes and Rhythm shows you exactly what caffeine, alcohol, sleep, stress, and other triggers are doing to your heart rhythm.

Alcohol
Poor sleep
Test your triggers

Run a structured 14-day test on a candidate trigger you can change. Seven days off, seven days on. Rhythm tells you in plain language whether there was a real difference.

Talk to Rhythm AI

A conversation partner who understands cardiac anxiety. Rhythm AI can talk through your patterns, explain what people commonly experience, help you feel less alone, and help you work through panic when it shows up.

"Looking at your last few weeks, I notice your episodes often cluster on days you log feeling drained. That might be worth paying attention to — when your body is depleted, your nervous system tends to be more reactive."

Track your progress

Your Steady Score grows with quiet days and consistent logging. Watch your heart getting steadier week over week.

How it works

Three habits. Real clarity.

1
Log episodes in 30 seconds

Tap what you felt, rate the intensity, select what you'd been doing. No typing. No friction. Done before the anxiety fades.

2
Mark quiet days with one tap

On good days, tap once. This baseline data is what makes pattern detection actually work — it shows what's different on hard days.

Watch patterns emerge

Your Heart Gateway shows what consistently appears before your episodes. Not guesses — patterns calculated from your own data.

The story behind Rhythm

Built from lived experience.

Logan Morris
Founder, Rhythm

After living through an attempted cardiac procedure that failed, open heart surgery, SVT, ectopic beats, rhythm abnormalities, and pericarditis — Logan built the tool he desperately needed but could never find.

Rhythm is what happens when someone who has genuinely been scared of their own heartbeat decides to turn that experience into something that helps others feel less alone in theirs.

"I spent years not knowing what was triggering my episodes. I built Rhythm so nobody else has to go through that alone."

Questions

Good to know.

What does it cost?

Rhythm is $14.99 per month. No free trial right now, though promo codes are available from time to time on TikTok and other channels. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Subscription is processed securely by Stripe.

Is this medical advice?

No. Rhythm is a wellness and tracking tool. It helps you understand your patterns — not replace your cardiologist. Always follow your doctor's guidance.

How long until I see patterns?

Most people see meaningful patterns after 2–3 weeks. The more consistently you log both episodes and quiet days, the clearer the picture.

What if I have a real emergency?

Call 911 immediately. Rhythm is not an emergency service. Chest pain, shortness of breath, or anything that feels seriously wrong — always call emergency services first.

Does it work without internet?

Most features work offline once installed. Logs are saved locally and sync when you reconnect. Rhythm AI requires an internet connection.

Is my data private?

Your data is stored securely and never sold to advertisers or data brokers. To run the app, we share data only with the service providers required to operate it — like Anthropic (for Rhythm AI), Supabase (for storage), and Stripe (for payments). They process your data on our behalf and don't use it for anything else. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
